Son-in-law of the great chef Gualtiero Marchesi, in 1995 he became CEO of the Gualtiero Marchesi Group, which carries out activities in restaurant business, from catering to publishing, consulting, training and technological research in the field of nutrition, collaborating with universities and research institutes. In the period 2011-2012 he was attended by the Interministerial Commission for the Promotion of Food and Wine Tourism of which Gualtiero Marchesi was President. He is a founding member and CEO of the Gualtiero Marchesi Foundation and also directs the Gualtiero Marchesi Academy, which deals with training in the field of art of cooking, catering and hospitality.
