Journalist, University lecturer, Expert of Central Asia and Middle East destinations
Farian Sabahi is a journalist, University lecturer, and writer specializing in the Muslim world. Her motto is «travel is living twice», a verse by Persian poet Omar Khayyam, and for this reason she has decided to share her passion and knowledge accompanying travellers in the Middle East and Central Asia. She has a PhD in Iran’s History at the School of Oriental and African Studies in London (1999) and now holds a course about Iran and one about Islam at John Cabot University in Rome. She is also a professional journalist writing for daily publication Il Corriere della Sera, the weekly Io Donna and the Manifesto. She is the author of many works:
