Martha Friel, is assistant professor of culture and tourism management and marketing at IULM University, Milan. She is senior fellow of the Santagata Foundation for the Economy of Culture, Turin and she is the scientific consultant for CUOA Business School for the tourism area.
Her activity focuses on the economy and management of culture, of the creative industries and tourism on which she has worked and published extensively. Among her most recent publications are: “Futourism. New Maps for the Travel Industry” (Bocconi University Press, 2018; with A. Peres), “Note in Viaggio.
