Restaurants and Tourism Expert with over twenty years of experience in the field. He is a consultant for several companies in the sector for which, with his staff, he manages start-ups, strategic marketing, staff training and, more generally, launching or repositioning activities. In 2001 he founded GpStudios, a company specialized in consulting and training for Tourism and Restaurants, whose activities are developed on a global scale.
More than 15,000 hours of training already done, he teaches throughout Italy collaborating with companies, universities and professional training institutes including Alma and Cast Alimenti.
He is the author of several professional texts including the most recent "Il marketing territoriale dell’Italia che non ti aspetti", "Il nuovo Marketing del prodotto turistico" and "L’arte del Breakfast".
