Mirko Lalli has worked in marketing and digital innovation as a consultant and trainer for 15 years. He was corporate communications director at Clouditalia SpA and previously marketing and communications director at Fondazione Sistema Toscana, where he devised and coordinated the “ToscanaLab” projects and the renowned marketing and promotional campaign for the Region of Tuscany, “Voglio Vivere Così” [I want to live like this], the first digital marketing campaign to reposition a destination.
He is an international speaker and lecturer on master’s and digital communication and management courses for tourism at various Italian universities. He is the scientific director of MATIS, Master’s in Travel Innovation Strategy, of H-Farm Education.
He has been a member of the Tourism Innovation Committee of the Ministry of Tourism, and from the first edition, worked on the design and development of BTO - Buy Tourism Online; he sits on the Scientific Technical Committee of BTO Educational.
He attended the Executive Program of the Singularity University in Silicon Valley in December 2017.
